Skinny Team

The "Skinny Team" is composed of the CFO, the Director of Accounting (Trish Ladensack), the Director of Procurement (Harold Rogers), the Director of IT (Hallie Bass), the Accounting Manager (Lawrence Kahn), and the Budget Manager (Gay Crabtree). It is basically the F&A internal staff team that not only meets on a regular basis to coordinate our service delivery for the other departments, but we work together on an on-going and regular basis as well. If you want to know why it is called the "Skinny Team", you'll have to find a member (though they may just refer you to the CFO) for an explanation.
